Refund Policy
Before requesting a refund, buyers must let merchants at least 72 hours to deliver the ordered goods.
Refund requests are issued to sellers with 72 hours to either agree to them or dispute them.
Buyers are given their coins right away if the vendor agrees to the return.
Our escrow staff will step in and settle the disagreement if the seller contests the return. Before reaching a judgment, we will often require both the buyer and the seller to submit more proof of their claims. We usually rule in favor of the customer and initiate a refund if the seller doesn't react within the allotted 72 hours to either accept or dispute the refund request.
We will consider this evidence, along with other information sources like account history, feedback, past purchases, etc. to determine who should get the monies from escrow once we have received proof from both sides.
By utilizing our escrow service to sell or purchase products, you consent that we reserve the right to arbitrate a refund request and make a final determination using our discretion and any other available means.
Decisions regarding escrow refunds are final and irrevocable.
